Volunteer Opportunities at the Riparian Preserve

Stewardship

Stewardship Second Saturdays – Second Saturdays, October through May, our staff will be focused on specific stewardship projects that require large numbers of community service volunteers. 

Wednesday Morning Work Crew – Work with the Preserve Naturalist, Scott Cleaves, on various activities to develop and maintain habitat areas.

Desert Gardening – Work with the Preserve’s Plant Biologist at the specialized garden areas on Saturday mornings. 

Independent Stewardship and Patrol – Work through our Preserve Naturalist, Scott Cleaves, to schedule times and activities for independent patrol of the Preserve.

Programs for Children – We can always use extra help with our field trip, preschool, and camp programming.
